Incinarator

Incineration is the waste treatment technology that involves the combustion of organic material or substances. Incineration of waste material converts the waste into incinerator bottom ash, flue gases, particulates and heat, which can in turn be used for various purposes. The flue gases are cleaned of pollutants before they are dispersed in the atmosphere. Incinerator reduce the mass of the original waste by 80 – 85% and the volume by 90 -95 %depending upon the composition and degree of recovery of material such as metals from the ash for recycling. This means that while incineration does not completely replace land filling, it reduces the necessary volume for disposal significantly. Incineration has particularly strong benefit for the treatment of certain waste types in niche area such as clinical waste and certain hazardous waste where pathogens and toxins can be destroyed by high temperatures. Examples include chemical multi port product plants with diverse toxic or very toxic wastewater streams, which cannot be routed to a conventional wastewater treatment plants.
This is a system with fixed grate technology for the combustion of burning solid waste. This can also be called by the name bottom ash incinerator. This is a brick lined cell with a fixed metal grate over a lower pit with one opening in the side for loading and another opening in the side for removing combustible solid called clinkers. This system can incinerate the solid waste, garbage, toilet waste, animal house waste, waste plastic, pack papers, foils, food packing films, waste foods, hotel waste, waste oil and waste grease.
